MISSION
Welcome to NATIONAL WIDOWS ASSOCIATION!
Mission Statement:
The National Widows Association is dedicated to creating awareness, fostering community, and providing vital support and resources to empower widows. We strive to integrate their needs into community and governmental awareness, ensuring their voices are heard and their contributions recognized.

Our amazing team of widows and widowers is dedicated to connecting, comforting, and catapulting those who have experienced one of the most devastating life events. We are continually looking for those who want to become part of our team to expand and extend our supportive community to those who need it most.
Our History
Seeing a need for intentional and effective focus on the widow, we formed our nonprofit organization to provide sensible solutions, build a supportive community, and provide resources that will help widows continue to thrive in their next phase of life.
Our Mission
Because widowhood is an often overlooked group in society, and is a major source of poverty, our mission is to galvanize resources and the community to assist, inform, and inspire this community. We help widows/widowers pursue the most productive, meaningful, and fulfilling life that they can achieve despite having experienced one of the most devastating life events.
